Thank you for your order. After you have paid for your order, we will send you an email and a receipt confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email confirming that your order has shipped. In this email, you will also receive an order tracking number and a link to online order tracking.

In case it is necessary to cancel an order before it has been shipped you can contact us through our form explaining the reasons for the cancellation of the order. An agent will help you to change the status of your order to cancelled. 

*Remember that it is only possible to cancel orders for items that have not yet been shipped. 

Once you have placed your order, it will take a maximum of one day to process it. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order. Remember that you will not receive this email until the order is shipped. 

All our items are shipped from Orense, Spain. 

When you place an order and within a maximum of 24 hours it will leave our warehouse to the delivery address you have provided. Depending on your country of residence, delivery times may vary. Here are the details:

  • Spain: 3 to 4 working days
  • Europe: 5 to 7 working days
  • Asia: 5 to 7 working days
  • North America: 5 to 7 working days
  • South America: 5 to 7 working days
  • Oceania: 5 to 7 working days
  • Middle East: 5 to 7 working days

Once you have selected your order and are about to proceed to payment, you will be able to make the payment through different methods: 

  • PayPal
  • PayPal in three installments 
  • Sofort
  • Bizum
  • Payment by credit/debit card
  • Bank transfer 

 

Remember that payment by bank transfer directly affects the delivery time of your order because until we receive the amount in our account we will not begin to process your order. 

Refunds, if any, will always be made through the same payment method you have selected to place your order under the policies and return times of each of the platforms. 

The price of our products includes taxes. Customs duties and other taxes related to your country of residence will be borne by the customer. 

In the event that your watch presents any type of problem related to the movement, case, dial, hands or crown during the three years following your purchase and this problem is not due to misuse, you can contact us through our warranty form to arrange for the repair of the part https://gogla.com.ar/garantia/.

An agent will help you handle your problem as soon as possible.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you have up to 30 days to return it, in which you can choose between a refund or an exchange for another product.

All Minor watches have a 3 year manufacturing warranty. If during this period your piece suffers any problem you can contact us through our warranty form at https://gogla.com.ar/garantia/ providing the information we request. An agent will contact you to help you with your case. 

All MINOR watches are covered by a 3-year international warranty for any manufacturing fault. This warranty includes: movement, case, dial, hands, crown. If something goes wrong we will repair or replace it.

When you buy a watch from the official website of Minor Watches it will not be necessary to activate the warranty because it does it automatically.
